"Soften the heart when you judge what you create." — Laura Valenti
I don't photograph much in the winter, but I do spend a significant amount of time devoted to photography. I reorganize my photos, get rid of some, read articles, participate in workshops, and eventually, I'm out taking pictures.

One of the things I enjoy the most while I am reorganizing my Lightroom catalog is editing photos that I may have overlooked in the past, and re-editing photos I see now with a different eye. I have grown in my confidence as a photographer, it's an ever evolving process, and I am actively approaching it now with an open, curious, experimental attitude.
