I have spent the last few weeks in the garden, our to-do list is not a small one, repave the front door walkway, reseed the front lawn, redo deck railings and steps, and do regular spring cleaning. We are not doing everything ourselves but dealing with a prima-donna contractor can be very stressful.
To keep my sanity and not let stress get the best of me, I keep doing things I love.
I celebrate my birthday in April, and Brady and I celebrated 27 years together.
I'm almost finished reading Demon Copperhead by Barbara Kingsolver; this week I watched The Quiet Girl, and yesterday, a cold and cloudy spring day, I found time to drive to Canterbury School to be enchanted by its beautiful and ephemeral cherry blossom trees.
